What counts as a meeting?

Any transcript submitted to deEscal8 — whether from Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or an uploaded file — counts as one meeting.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.

What happens if we exceed the meeting limit?

We'll notify you when you're close. Overages are billed at a per-meeting rate rather than cutting off access mid-month.

Is the annual plan a single upfront payment?

Yes — annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month.

How are custom metrics defined?

During onboarding we run a setup call with your team to define exactly what a good meeting looks like in your context. Metrics can be updated as your needs evolve.

Does Enterprise include the n8n automation pipeline?

Yes. Enterprise includes our full in-house deployment — deEscal8, the n8n automation layer, and your data pipeline — all on your own infrastructure.
