Who defines the scoring metrics?
You do. During onboarding we work with you to define 3–10 metrics that reflect what a good meeting looks like in your organization. They can be changed as your needs evolve.
Can individual team members see their own scores?
Yes. Each team member gets a personal report for their own meetings. What leadership and HR see is controlled by your admin settings.
How long does scoring take after a meeting ends?
Usually under 5 minutes from when the transcript is received. The report is in everyone's inbox before the next meeting starts.
Can we use this for performance reviews?
